My Own Journey

I’ve always been an artist. My Mum tells stories of finding three-year-old me up at the table early in the morning, happily singing and drawing by myself.

I went to art school — twice in fact — once as a school leaver and again as a mature student. Even so, the purpose of art and creativity became more and more clear as I moved through different chapters of my life.

My path has taken me from community and charity work, to senior roles in health organisations, to hands-on healing with holistic therapies and running my own crystal shop and wellbeing space.

Each of those roles taught me something essential about people: how we seek connection, comfort, and meaning — and how beauty and compassion help us heal.

When the world changed profoundly, so did I. I returned fully to my first love — creating — bringing with me all the depth, empathy, and understanding those years gave me.

Through my artwork, books, and messages, I explore the quiet strength of our vulnerability, the beauty of everyday moments, and the light that shines through self-growth.

Why Colour Matters

There’s always been something magical about colour for me. It speaks when words can’t — soothing, awakening, and reminding us of something ancient and true within ourselves.

I’ve always believed that creativity and care come from the same place — the desire to bring light into the world.

This inspired me to create Colour Alchemy, a method to help people use colour as a language for self-discovery. It blends colour therapy with energy healing to guide you back to your intuition, your body’s wisdom, and your creative power.

You don’t need artistic skill or training — just openness and curiosity. Each session is unique, meeting you where you are and helping you reconnect with the wisdom your body already holds.
