Ignite your inner fire

Our latest meditation session focussed on the solar plexus chakra and accessing intuition for clarity, grounding and empowerment.

Inspired by my latest art in progress 'Lyran Guard' (limited editions of which will be for sale in our Brightlingsea shop) I use sound, aromatherapy, colour, crystals and symbols to amplify your ability to fully hear your intuition and higher power.

When the energy of our central fire is blocked or depleted we can lack a sense of hope and direction, experiencing issues like indecisiveness, hopelessness and helplessness.

This unique and powerful activation gradually amplifies your relationship with the colour yellow while you are gently led on a guided journey using word and sound painting.

You then have time to journal, draw and share your experience before participating in a crystal intention grid exercise.

If you're feeling flat, lacking in light and your inner fire is depleted , this session will work wonders!

This group session will be available again in the new year but can be booked as a private stand alone session too.
